Cabbage with sausage and potatoes

This dish is something like the Polish bigos. But I'm doing fresh Kale and smoked sausage. Very hearty and tasty, and most importantly quick to prepare.
Ingredients for Cabbage with sausage and potatoes
- Cabbage - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sausage - 8 PCs
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Potatoes - 6 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Cabbage with sausage and potatoes
Cabbage shinkuem thin strips. In a pan pour oil and start to fry the cabbage.
Onion cut into cubes and sent to the cabbage and continue to fry
Once the cabbage has acquired a brownish tint added so pasta and a few spoons of water. Salt, pepper. Stir. Leave to stew on low heat, stirring occasionally.
While preparing the cabbage, prepare the sausages. I take smoked, they are more aromatic. Cut the sausage in half, then the halves into slices, you get half rounds. Fry them separately in a frying pan
Mix the sautéed sausages with cabbage, parasivam and gives even 5 minutes out.
