Mustard bread on the mayonnaise

Soft, fine crumb structure, very fragrant bread. The crust is thin and ruddy. Even the next day the bread is soft, like fresh out of the oven! Perfect as a first dish, or simply with milk or yogurt, juice or jelly! Help yourself!
Ingredients for Mustard bread on the mayonnaise
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
- Yogurt - 250...270 ml
- Flour - 500 g
- Sugar - 1.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
- Yeast - 7 g
- Mustard - 2 tsp.
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Mustard bread on the mayonnaise
Lay all ingredients in a bucket according to HP instructions.
Select mode "Basic" bread size - L (in my HP this is 500 g of flour), the crust color - the "Average".
Take out the bread from the bucket of HP and give it to cool completely.
