I've already put a few recipes without flour... without the pastry and with a minimum expenditure of time! This recipe has broken all records! Without flour, quickly and dieting! Go! Treat!
Ingredients for Cottage cheese casserole with young cabbage
- Cabbage - 400 g
- Green onions - 1/2 Puig.
- Curd - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper - 2 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cottage cheese casserole with young cabbage
To chop the cabbage.
Extinguish it in butter.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well. Remove from the heat. Allow to cool.
1 egg cook hard-boiled. Cool. Chop and add to the cabbage. Mix well.
Beat with a mixer 3 eggs and cottage cheese.
Add the remaining salt.
The baking pan 24х15см oil.
Pour half the cottage cheese and egg mass.
Gently spread the filling.
On top pour the remaining cottage cheese.
Bake at 180gr. 45 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in open oven.
More hot casserole sprinkle with fresh dill and green onions.
