One of the few dishes that I can cook from a very young age. Dumplings with black radish and carrots. I remember from my childhood, as we sat with the whole family in the kitchen together preparing the dumplings. Dad Ter radish, mom rolled out the dough, and my grandma sculpted. - Flour - 400 g
- Water - 250 ml
- Bran - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Radish - 3 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Dill - 1/2 Puig.
