Ingredients for Onion quiche with pear and cheese
- Buckwheat flour - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Water - 5 tbsp

- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Fat - 100 g
- Cream - 100 ml
- Milk - 50 ml
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Cheese - 100 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Butter - 70 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Onion quiche with pear and cheese
Mix by hand the flour and butter.
Add egg yolk, water, salt and pepper.
Quickly knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Red onion and cut into thin half-rings.
Pears peel, remove seeds and cut into pieces
In a pan heat the oil, add the onion and a pear.
Add sugar. Mix well. On medium heat simmer for 30 minutes. Sometimes slightly to mix.
