We usually use the cucumbers fresh, without heat treatment, but you can find them and more widely used. Fried or added to soup, it adds freshness to the dish, and the taste is similar to zucchini. The products required.
Boil the rice. For this dish I boiled parboiled rice "amber" company "Mistral". It is crumbly, white and tender.
Fish cut into pieces.
Chop the onion, chop the garlic and herbs.
Grate or chop the cucumbers, not small!
In a pan heat the oil and fry the onion until transparent, add the garlic.
Add cucumbers and fry stirring just 30 seconds.
To move to one side cucumbers with onions and garlic, and quickly fry the other fish.
Pour the cream or milk, pepper and salt if using fresh fish. Heat a couple of minutes. Add the chopped dill. Mix well. The fish is ready.
On the plate spread rice.
Rice put the fish, sprinkle with dill and enjoy a delicate taste of fish in a creamy sauce with crisp pickle.
