A variation on the famous Chinese salad "Troika". With bright, memorable taste, indescribable flavor, with a crispy touch of fried cucumber. Eat this salad can be as warm or cold. All the necessary products.
Boil the millet, I use Golden millet in packages from the company "Mistral", it perfectly set off the bright taste of the warm salad, and will give the opportunity to make a full dinner dish.
While cooking the millet grate the vegetables on a coarse grater or cut into cubes, chicken cut into small pieces.
On this same pan fry the carrots, avoiding overcooking. Carrots should be slightly softened and change the color to more orange. When the carrot is ready, add to it the finely chopped chilli, coriander and garlic. Good pepper, stir and heat a minute. Transfer to a plate.
On this same pan fry the chicken pieces until Golden brown. Pre-hen salt.
All three main ingredient is ready.
Put in a salad bowl, mix, it needs more salt if needed. Pick the parsley leaves coarsely and add to salad. All warm salad is ready.
On a plate put a gold wheat near the warm salad "Troika".
