This is a delicious and hearty dish I was told a great secret roommate. It is quite self-sufficient, but for meat-lovers, of course, make an exception and serve as a side dish. It only takes some 20 minutes.
Ingredients for Buckwheat with cheese and seeds
- Buckwheat - 2 pack.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Sunflower seeds - 1 tbsp
- Peanuts - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Buckwheat with cheese and seeds
