This is a delicious and hearty dish I was told a great secret roommate. It is quite self-sufficient, but for meat-lovers, of course, make an exception and serve as a side dish. It only takes some 20 minutes.

In boiling salted water, throws the bags with buckwheat and cook until tender. I like the buckwheat TM Mistral-always crisp, fluffy like that.
Our buckwheat is cooking, peel the peanuts from the skins and neubaum to pieces.
Add to pan with vegetable oil and turmeric and heat over a minute.
Add the cheese cubes and mix well, keeping on the heat for another minute.
