- Milk - 100 ml
- Sugar - 50 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Air rings in the oven
Heat the milk in the bucket up to 40 degrees.
Egg, salt, sugar, vanilla, mix with a whisk. Add milk. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and add the yeast. Mix everything again.
Add flour and knead the dough. Melted butter add pieces and continue to knead the dough until the butter is completely absorbed.
The dough will be liquid and sticks to the hands. Bowl cover with film and put it in a warm place for an hour to raise the dough.
After an hour abenaim the dough and put it in a pastry bag. Extruded in a special shape, cover with film and leave on the table so the dough rose slightly for 15 minutes. After a bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Add water and lemon juice in the icing sugar, stir. Add food coloring and stir very well.
