Ingredients for Cottage cheese cake with cherries
- Flour - 300 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Curd - 130 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 130 g
- Leavening agent - 10 g
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Orange - 1 piece
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Cherry - 1 Gorst.
- Nuts - 1 Gorst.
- Raisins - 1 Gorst.
- Egg white - 2 PCs
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Cottage cheese cake with cherries
Beat butter with sugar until white.
Add the egg and beat for another until fluffy mass
Granular cheese Porirua blender, add to eggs and whisk. There also send the zest and orange juice, whisk again.
All the dry ingredients ( flour, baking powder, salt, vanillin (vanilla sugar)) sieve in another bowl. Small portions and mix up the dry mixture.
Then add the stuffing (I have cherry and raisins with walnuts) and mix well.
Put into molds 3/4 full and bake it in the oven 180 for 20-25minutes. The readiness check skewer.
Finished cakes cool slightly, cover with meringue (beat egg whites with sugar until strong peaks)and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
