Fresh mushrooms cut into thin slices. Salt, pepper and leave to marinate.
Cut the cabbage as you like.
Boiled eggs cut into half rings.
Chicken breast can be boiled, you can fry. I prefer to fry, better and faster. Cut into strips, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
And fry until cooked in vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Mix all the ingredients.
Now prepare the sauce. Add in sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper. We mix it all together. If you love mayonnaise, all these movements, you can skip and just tuck in mayonnaise.
Dressed our salad dressing, mix well, decorate with greens and enjoy.
