- Fish fillets - 500 g
- Spinach - 250 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pepper white - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Lemon fish with spinach
With lemon remove the zest and mix with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Fish fillet wash, dry paper towel and place in a heat resisting form, coat with the mixture on both sides. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
Onions chop and fry in remaining olive oil.
