Tongue salad and celery

This salad I once tried in the great Moscow restaurant. For a long time tried to find its recipe on the Internet, but to no avail... had to order it until then, not yet managed to unravel the secret formula!
Ingredients for Tongue salad and celery
- Beef tongue - 300 g
- Celery root - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Zucchini - 3 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sauce - to taste
- Saffron - 2 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Tongue salad and celery
Boiled beef tongue (it takes me on is usually 2.5 hours). Welded the tongue to hold a few minutes in cold water, then peel away the skin and slice it.
On a small amount of vegetable oil fry the grated celeriac until Golden brown. 10-15 minutes is usually sufficient.
Sliced zucchini, mushrooms and onions to fry (20 minutes). Add salt in the cooking process. Drain the resulting liquid.
Mix the language, celery, zucchini, mushrooms, onions. Add the saffron and season with sauce "Caesar" (or homemade mayonnaise).
