Italian cuisine is simple and delicious. I want to share a classic Osso Buco recipe from my Italian mother-in-law. To Osso Bucco serves such side dishes as polenta, baked potatoes or green salad. I hope this recipe will have your taste!
Ingredients for Ossobuco
- Onion - 1 piece
- Broth - 400 ml
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 3 PCs
- Dry red wine - 100 ml
- Tomato sauce - 50 ml
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Thyme - 3 vetos.
- Bay leaf - 3 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Beef - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
- Lemon - 2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Ossobuco
Meat wash, cut into the shell. Make a bouquet Garni by tying the thread the thyme, Bay leaf, a few sprigs of parsley.
