Sometimes in summer it gets very hot and hot food don't want to eat. And child in the heat to feed and does problematic. This soup will satisfy not only children but also adults. And in the season of fresh berries (and any) this soup is fabulous. Good for Breakfast and for snack, and for lunch hot or cold. We love the cold. Taste?
Ingredients for Apple-berry soup with rice

- BlackBerry - 1 Gorst.
- Apple juice - 200 ml
- Raisins - 1 Gorst.
- Cherry - 1 Gorst.
- Walnuts - 1 Gorst.
- Lemon - 0.5 PCs
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Apple-berry soup with rice
Cut the bag of rice. Rice to pour out.
Add rice in the resulting "broth".
Put on fire, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to minimum, cook for 10 minutes.
Add Apple juice, sliced apples, chopped nuts, dried cherries, raisins and sugar. Cook for another 7-8 minutes.
