Ingredients for Vegetable sauce with Bavarian mustard
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Mustard - 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste - 1.5 tbsp
- Water - 100 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Black pepper - 1 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable sauce with Bavarian mustard
Peel the onion, wash and cut into cubes.
Put them in a pan greased with olive oil.
Bulgarian pepper to wash, remove seeds, cut into cubes and add to the onions. Fried vegetables for 3 minutes.
Next, skip through the press garlic, add the tomato paste, water, salt, pepper and Bavarian mustard TM Haas, which is entirely composed of natural grains. I really liked the Bavarian mustard, it is very suitable for many dishes and adds a spicy-sweet taste.
Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
The sauce can be left in this form, but I prefer the smoother structure of the sauce, so I shredded the immersion blender.
