Its color and added vegetable juice. The taste turned out extraordinary, unusual and such that I want to make this dish again and again!

Ingredients for Roast duck in beet kvass
- Duck - 1 piece
- Brew - 300 ml
- Tomato juice - 200 ml
- Chili - 1 piece
- Garlic - 8 tooth.
- Cilantro - 1 Puig.
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Roast duck in beet kvass
