Ingredients for Salad "Cole slaw"
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
- Yogurt - 150 g
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Cabbage - 0,5 PCs
- Lettuce - 0,5 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Apple - 0,5 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Cole slaw"
The salad is very simple to prepare.
Shinkuem cabbage and iceberg lettuce as thin as possible. The thinner the slice, the more the salad will absorb the sauce and also it will be much easier to add in burgers, wrapped in pita bread, etc.
The original recipe is no iceberg lettuce, but I added 0.5 Kachan, so the salad is even more light and delicate.
Apple, cut into very thin strips.
Carrots three on a coarse grater. Carrot and Apple you can also shred on the mandoline.
Mix all the vegetables and sprinkle with lemon juice so they do not darkened. The way you salad cover with plastic wrap and leave overnight without the addition of sauce, if you want to submit it the next day.
