The mushrooms thoroughly lubricated cream, sprinkle with herbs de Provence, stir.
Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
Then sprinkle with salt and put on skewers.
Roast on the coals for 3 minutes on each side.
Adjust time depending on size of mushrooms and the heat of the coals. Importantly, do not keep the mushrooms on the grill.
Managed to capture only the mushrooms on the grill.
On the dish failed.
Or rather, mushrooms to meals and did not reach their on-the-fly ate! )))
