Trout is a great alternative to meat, quite fatty, very rich in proteins, vitamins and iodine. Grilled trout– even more useful than just fried, you can include it in your diet, even sitting on a diet. Trout is a fish of the salmon family. It is of several types: bighead, silver, rainbow, Golden, the Caucasus, lake Sevan (a unique species found in the Armenian highland lake Sevan).

To clean the scales, remove the innards. The head and fins are retained for beauty.
For the marinade, prepare the walnuts, red onion, cilantro, olive oil, soy sauce TM Kikkoman classic, raisins, hops-suneli, balsamic. I would suggest not to throw away none of the components of this marinade. Their combination gives the marinade a very special flavor, with a light walnut-mushroom aftertaste.
All the ingredients grind in a blender to obtain a uniform paste.
Stuff this paste abdomen trout and a few cuts in the skin.
Trout lubricated with a mixture of olive oil with soy sauce.
Fry over high heat for 10-15 minutes on each side.
Fish can be served, or the entire, or cut into portions. The fish is served with greens and lemon.
