Pork has a great taste, but hard enough to digest. Especially during the summer when you want lighter dishes, and it's time to stock up on vitamins. Therefore, in order to combine business with pleasure, cook pork with vegetables in a light yoghurt sauce. And as a side dish would be a great choice parboiled rice Indica gold TM "Mistral".

Finally, in our shop brought great rice Indica gold TM "Mistral". Tried other brands, and although parboiled rice also turns out crumbly, but remains firm, even when cooked for an hour. Rice Indica gold TM " Mistral" boil 30 minutes, it turns soft and fragrant, but retains crispness. And so it begins!
Bring water in saucepan to a boil. Simultaneously prepare vegetables and meat:
- pork cut into small cubes;
- onions and stalk, finely chop;
Apple RUB on a fine grater;
- mix the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, sugar and spices.
The water is boiling drop the bags with rice, takes 30 minutes and proceed!
Heat in a pan with olive oil, put pieces of pork and fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
Now add the onions and fry for 2 minutes until transparent.
Now it is the turn of celery. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
And, finally, add grated on a large grater Apple. Fry for 1 minute.
Dilute yoghurt mix warm water to the yoghurt does not curdle when added to hot dish. Pour the mixture of our meat and vegetables. Close the lid and stew on low heat the remaining 30 minutes.
When the allotted time is up, take out the bag of rice out of the water, let it drain, and meat with vegetables remove from heat. Cut "rice" bag and lay the table.
