Crispy envelope of pita bread with seafood

This is a very common we have in Primorsky Krai, the kind of fast food, in roadside eateries called "sea food roll". Since I love seafood, then you order often, and now constantly do at picnics. I suggest you might appreciate.
Ingredients for Crispy envelope of pita bread with seafood
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Shrimp - 4 PCs
- Scallop - 4 PCs
- Mussels - 10 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Pita - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Wasabi - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Crispy envelope of pita bread with seafood
For preparation of this snacks you can take any favorite seafood or seafood cocktail.
My recipe is for 1 serving.
I used mussels, scallops and cooked frozen shrimp.
Seafood give yourself to thaw.
Prepare the garlic butter. On a hot frying pan, pour vegetable oil, put sliced garlic.
As soon as the garlic will flavor, remove it.
Thawed seafood soak paper towel to avoid excessive moisture.
Put the scallops and mussels and fry for 2 minutes on all sides over medium heat.
Put the peeled shrimp.
Stir and heat over 1 minute, as they are already cooked.
Take a piece of pita bread. As it is large, cut in half.
To pita folded easier, I recommend to warm it for 10 seconds in the microwave.
Lettuce wash, dry, put in the middle with the edge of the sheet of lavash.
On lettuce put fried seafood.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mix mayonnaise, wasabi and soy sauce. I chose a light soy sauce Kikkoman.
Pour the sauce over the seafood.
The edges of the lavash are folded up and turn into the envelope.
Directly on the picnic, put an envelope of pita bread on the grate of the grill and bake for 1 minute on each side on the coals.
