Fish balls on skewers

My daughter doesn't like fish and I decided to cook fish balls with millet and put them on skewers. The experiment was a success - the bulbs were eaten!

Fish fillet grind in a meat grinder with onions, add chopped ginger, coriander and cumin. Pour soy sauce and leave for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Boil millet cereal until cooked (should be slightly viscous), cool.
Wooden skewers soak in cold water for 20 minutes.

Add the chopped mint, vegetable oil (I use refined sunflower) and wheat, mix well.

To form balls (I used about 1 tbsp. from top),

Roll in sesame seeds (seeds of cumin, mustard ). To put on skewers.

Cook out on the grill-grill

Or bake in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
