Kambala with Golden brown

Very tasty and beautiful it turns out flounder, fried Golden brown. Flounder goes well with any side dishes, it can apply to lunch or dinner and, depending on the side dish to be served as a light meal or hearty. Simple, fast, delicious.
Ingredients for Kambala with Golden brown

- Flounder - 600 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Flour - 3 tbsp.
- Egg white - 2 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper white - to taste
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Kambala with Golden brown
For a side dish for the fish I took pic "Kuban"in the bags of TM "Mistral". Lower the bag with the rice in the boiling water and simmer for 25 minutes.
Onions finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Put in a bowl, let cool slightly, add a little whipped egg whites, white pepper and 1 tbsp flour.
On a medium grater to grate carrots and zucchini.
Well squeeze juice from grated carrots and zucchini, and add to the mixture of onions, flour and proteins. Stir.
Flounder salt and crumble in the remaining flour.
On each side of the fish, spread the prepared weight of carrots, zucchini, proteins and flour.
Fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes on each side over medium heat, turning once.
It took 25 minutes, the rice was boiled. Remove the bag and let the water drain out.
