Simple but effective and a nice snack. Preparing on one, two, three. Recipe borrowed from the French.

1 layer. Canned tuna (1 can = 250 grams) mixed with mayonnaise (2 tbsp).
2 layer. Avocado (2 pieces) mashed with a fork, if there small pieces, do not worry. Add sour cream, juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
3 layer. In tomatoes (2pcs.) back to make an incision with a cross. Put them in a container, cover completely with boiling water, remove after 10 minutes.
Not many tomatoes cool, peel and finely chop.
4 layer. Boiled shrimp (12 PCs) clear. I leave the tails to be able to take them by the hand and valknut in the sauce, but this is optional.
Assemble the layers in verrine (4x 100 ml) in this order - tuna, avocado, tomatoes, 3 shrimps.
