- Green beans - 200 g
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sausage - 200 g
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Scrambled eggs in Spanish
Green beans boiled in boiling water or steamed.
Onion and pepper chop and fry in small amount of vegetable oil.
Add green beans, sliced sausage, finely chopped garlic and fry for 5 minutes. In the end add finely diced tomatoes. Salt, pepper and fry for another minute.
The thus prepared vegetables perekladiv in a heatproof dish, make small holes and break the eggs. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 min.
