Incredibly tender fish cakes with spinach, very airy, and just melt in your mouth! Tasty and healthy.
Ingredients for Fish cakes with spinach
- Spinach - 150 g
- Fish fillets - 300 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Semolina - 5 tbsp
- Oregano - 1/2 tsp.
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Cream - 1/3 Stak.
- Orange juice - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish cakes with spinach
Fish fillet punch in a blender until smooth, put into a bowl.
Wash the spinach and simmer in the pan for about 1-2 minutes stirring constantly. Finely chop and add to the bowl with the fish.
Season with salt and pepper, add the egg, semolina, oregano ( any dried or fresh herbs), nutmeg and olive oil. Mix sent to an hour in the refrigerator.
Formed cutlets and fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
Cream mixed with orange juice, this sauce will simmer our cakes for about 10 minutes.
