Ingredients for Swiss roll with Apple jam
- Flour - 100 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Powdered sugar - 225 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
- Jam - 100 g
- Water - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Swiss roll with Apple jam
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and powdered sugar, then add eggs and vanilla essence. Well whisk. Add water, whisk again.
Pour the dough into oiled and covered with paper form. I have a form size 20 x 30 cm Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 20 minutes, cake should be elastic
