Was lucky enough to buy bream 2.7 kg, and with clear lakes of Kazakhstan, 600 g of caviar. Bream - fat and tasty fish. Bake it with rice - so festive summer dish, to the surprise and delight of the guests.

- Figure - 2 stack.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Bream with rice and vegetables
The fish is cleaned of scale, remove the gills and cut off the fins.
Cut the ridge and clean out the innards.
This emulsion was 600 g of caviar.
RUB salt inside and outside and leave for 30 - 60 minutes.

Boiled rice mixed with chopped green onion and garlic.
Pour soy sauce,
I use sweet naturally brewed from TM Kikkoman.
Wash and chop the tomato coarsely.
Add to rice and stir.
