Ingredients for Braised chicken thighs in yogurt
- Chicken thigh - 6 PCs
- Yogurt - 250...300 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1...2 tbsp.
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Dill - 1 Puig.
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Flour - 2 tsp.
- Seasoning - 1...2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Figure - 3 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Braised chicken thighs in yogurt
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
In a saucepan pour water, add salt, bring to a boil and add the rice in batches. I used rice in packages TM Mistral "amber". Cook for 30 minutes.
Chicken thighs wash, dry with napkin, salt, pepper, add seasoning for chicken.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil. Fry the chicken on high heat on both sides until Golden brown. This process will take about 6-7 minutes.
While the thighs are roasted, chop the greens. Garlic peel and cut into thin slices.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, herbs and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Pour kefir mass in the pan to the chicken, bring to boil, cover, lower the heat to low and simmer 15-20 minutes. 5 minutes until cooked add 2 tsp of flour to slightly thicken the sauce.
After a time, take out the packets of rice from the pot. By this time the chicken is also ready.
