Ingredients for Pork in kefir marinade is hot
- Pork - 350 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Paprika sweet - to taste
- Turmeric - to taste
- Greens - to taste
- Yogurt - 250 ml
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Pork in kefir marinade is hot
Meat cut into small pieces and repel. Add to the pot.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the onions and carrots.
Add the tomato paste, sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, and pour in the yogurt.
Bring to boil and cook 3 minutes.
