Pour the milk into a saucepan, put the star anise and bring to a boil and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Grind to a fine grater or food processor chocolate.
Turn off the heat, remove the anise, pour the chocolate into the milk and stir until chocolate is completely dissolved.
In a blender put ice cream and turn on the blender for 10 seconds. Add milk-chocolate mixture and whisk all in a blender.
Allow to cool in the freezer/fridge if you have time and strength, and pour into glasses, decorate with sprinkles.
