- Flour - 100 g
- Leavening agent - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 4 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Cilantro - 2 tbsp
- Corn - 250 g
- Spices - to taste
- Yogurt - 250 g
- Chili - 1 piece
- Lime - 0,5 PCs
- Cilantro - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes with corn and yoghurt sauce
First make the sauce. Mix all ingredients together.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into a bowl. Seasoning salt and ground pepper, mix it all together.
Add lightly beaten egg and milk, then mix everything together into a uniform batter the consistency of thick cream. The amount of milk can be increased if necessary.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil and mix the dough again to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Gotta bring in the dough corn, chopped green onions, Chile pepper (seeds removed) and cilantro.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and spread a tablespoon of the dough.
Fry on medium heat until Golden brown on both sides.
Served warm with a sauce.
