- Pear - 1 piece
- Banana - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Raisins - 20 g
- Dried apricots - 20 g
- Prunes - 20 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Bars-muesli without sugar
Here are the products we need. Fruit rinse well and dry with a towel.
The pear and apples peel and remove the core. The flesh RUB on a large grater. Banana peel and mash into a puree. It can be done with a fork. Then all combine and mix well.
With a knife coarsely chop the raisins, apricots and prunes. And add to the fruit.
Nuts grind, but not finely. You can put them in a plastic bag and rolled with a rolling pin.
Chopped nuts mix with cereal, and then
mix all the ingredients. We knead the mass by hand to juice from pears and apples soaked cereal and banana evenly. Should get the consistency of thick dough.
