Very soft and airy yeast bun-pigtails stuffed with a delicious berry pudding. Help yourself!
Ingredients for Berry pigtails
- Flour - 500 g
- Yeast - 35 g
- Milk - 250 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Berry - 400 g
- Pudding - 1 package.
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Berry pigtails
Rastvorom yeast in warm milk. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and approx 4 tablespoons of flour. Stir and leave for 15 minutes to rise.
