Water bring to a boil, the sunflower, dip it in the water the bag with the rice and cook for 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil (if You have ghee – use it), add the mustard seeds and cumin. Saute until the seeds begin to crackle, then add the rest of spices. Stir well and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the chopped dice bell pepper with carrots and chopped green beans, stir-fry. Cover and cook on low heat.
Place the garlic, ginger, cilantro, coconut in blender, pour 2 tbsp of water and grind until the consistency of the liquid slurry.
Pour contents of blender into vegetables, season with salt and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Use a fork to remove the package with the rice, let it drain. Carefully cut the package on the side, add the rice to the vegetables and mix everything carefully.
