Young nettle is one of the most useful plants, so try it as to add to the diet. Thanks to the nettles and nuts rice turns bright in color, with rich interesting taste. The dish is pretty high in calories, for a more light version of olive oil when cooking the sauce can be replaced by adding water.

For this dish I used long grain parboiled rice amber and a "Mistral".
