I suggest You make a rich vegetable salad with chicken. It is a light, but hearty. Come on in, help yourself.

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and fry until cooked in vegetable oil. Cool.
Cabbage to chop. Add fried chicken, 15 g of mayonnaise (or sour cream), salt and mix well.
At the bottom of the salad bowl put half a serving of Chinese cabbage with chicken, then tomatoes and cucumbers, cut into small cubes. The top apply a mesh of mayonnaise (the remaining 15 g) and slightly prisolit (and pepper).
Then lay out the remaining portion of Chinese cabbage with chicken.
On a dry pan fry the sesame seeds until Golden brown.
