Boil water, add salt, a bag of rice and boil until cooked according to instructions on the package. Then drain in a sieve and drain off the water.
For this dish I took the Jasmine rice bags TM Mistral. It is very convenient and easy. Rice turns crisp and very tasty.
While cooking the rice, prepare the sauce. Garlic crush with a knife, to clean.
Fry adding oil about 3 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and soy sauce, add a Bay leaf, a little salt and black pepper. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the sugar, stir and cook for about 3 minutes.
Served along with cooked rice.
