- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.
- Zira - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Millet with sorrel
Boiling water salt, throws a bag of Golden millet TM Mistral and cook until tender about 25 minutes.
My sorrel, coarsely cut.
My tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut in small pieces.
In a saucepan pour oil, add mustard seeds, garlic and cumin. Fry a few minutes until the grains begin to crackle.
In a saucepan add sorrel and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, stirring thoroughly until all the leaves will shrivel and become soft.
The sorrel spread the tomato, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and keep on the heat for another 5 minutes.
