- Onion - 1 piece
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Ketchup - 1.5 tbsp
- Water - 1.5 stack.
- Lemon peel - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Parsley
Step by step instruction of cooking Goulash Scotch
