Sometimes even in the summer you want a hearty, hot soup, and then you can make a tomato soup with smoked sausages and rice. Dish to cook quite quickly and easily.

- Nettle - 30 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumber - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Adjika - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Sour cream
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Tomato soup with rice and nettles
For faster cooking, the rice is boiled separately, then add to the soup.
Water bring to a boil, put one packet of rice. Cook according to the instructions on the package 30 minutes.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil, fry onion, roughly chopped. Then add sausage, cut into strips, sauté 5 minutes.
Add the cucumber, cut into strips, pan cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Young nettle leaves pour boiling water for a few minutes, rinse with cold water, wring out and arbitrarily cut.
In the pot where it will boil soup, boil 1 litre of water, add the tomato paste, roasting, nettle, Bay leaves, seasoning, salt to taste and sugar. After boiling, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Cooked rice pour in the soup, again bring to a boil over high heat and remove from heat.
Ready soup serve with sour cream.
