Warm salad with buckwheat and liver

Ingredients for Warm salad with buckwheat and liver
- Buckwheat - 2 pack.
- Chicken liver - 200 g
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Orange - 2 PCs
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Warm salad with buckwheat and liver
We are going to cook with buckwheat TM "Mistral", fragrant, crisp, clean. The product line is bags makes cooking as easy as possible.

In the same oil fry the onion for 2 minutes. Also on high heat.
To the onions add the liver and fry, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Reduce the flame, close the lid and stew for 5 minutes. Then add the roasted pumpkin. Pour the prepared sauce, bring to a boil and continue stewing for another 10 minutes.
While the buckwheat is cooking, and the liver and vegetables are cooked, peel the second orange and reassemble it into slices. While I cleaned, ate half of it.
So buckwheat is cooked. Take out the bags with buckwheat and drain the water. Now you can collect our warm salad.
