I want to share with You, cooks, a wonderful cake with a slightly damp structure, with bright chocolate-coconut flavor and delicate aroma of vanilla. The cupcake is cooked very simply and quickly available products. Invite the guests!

Ingredients for Chocolate cupcake "Rhapsody"
- Butter - 200 g
- Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1.5 stack.
- Milk - 0,5 stack.
- Flour - 2 stack.
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Vanilla - 0.5 package.
- Coconut shavings - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate cupcake "Rhapsody"
In a saucepan put butter, sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, pour the milk. Stir and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Add the coconut flakes. Mix well.
Beat eggs with a mixer until the volume increases by 2-3 times.
Pour the beaten eggs into the chocolate-coconut mixture, mix well.
Add in 2-3 doses flour mixed with baking powder. Mix gently with a spatula. You should get the dough creamy texture that flows from the spatula.
Pour the batter into the cake pan (Ø26-28 cm), greased with vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40-45 minutes. Be guided by your oven!
Take out the cake from the form (15-20 minutes), allow to cool completely and, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
