- Beef liver - 0.5 kg
- Chicken liver - 0.5 kg
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Sausage - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece

- Milk - 600 ml
- Butter - 100 g
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Cheese - 100 g
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
