- Mackerel - 2 PCs
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Mackerel grilled "A La salmon"
The fish cut off the head, gutting and removing the ridge.
Soy sauce "Kikkoman" mix with lemon juice and oil. Lubricate with a mixture of the pulp and skin of fish. Leave for 5 min.
Pepper and grease with ketchup, leave for another 5 min.
Bake on rack until tender, about 20 min., turning occasionally.
