Funchoza with shrimp and spinach

For those who love shrimp and spinach. Try the shrimp with funchoza, spinach and cheese. This dish came to mind when I opened the freezer after all the past Christmas holidays and saw that there was: shrimp, spinach (from where comes the big question), a piece of cheese. I decided to try to connect them together. I think it turned out well.

Ingredients for Funchoza with shrimp and spinach
- Shrimp - 500 g
- Spinach - 400 g
- Cellophane - 1 piece
- Cheese - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Funchoza with shrimp and spinach
Defrost spinach, squeeze off the water.
Clean shrimp (heads - cats, tails.)
Funchoza soak in cold water for 15 minutes.
Cheese RUB on a small grater.
Pan on stove, oil in pan. When the oil heats up, put shrimp, salt, pepper. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add spinach, cheese and funazu, squeezing a couple of cloves of garlic. Stir. Cover with a lid. Cook shrimp with funchoza, spinach and cheese and another 5 minutes and switch off the gas.
Shrimp with funchoza and spinach ready. If you want to give an Oriental taste - add soy sauce and sesame seeds.
