For those who love shrimp and spinach. Try the shrimp with funchoza, spinach and cheese. This dish came to mind when I opened the freezer after all the past Christmas holidays and saw that there was: shrimp, spinach (from where comes the big question), a piece of cheese. I decided to try to connect them together. I think it turned out well.

Step 1

Defrost spinach, squeeze off the water.

Funchoza soak in cold water for 15 minutes.

Pan on stove, oil in pan. When the oil heats up, put shrimp, salt, pepper. Fry for 5 minutes. 
Add spinach, cheese and funazu, squeezing a couple of cloves of garlic. Stir. Cover with a lid. Cook shrimp with funchoza, spinach and cheese and another 5 minutes and switch off the gas. 
Shrimp with funchoza and spinach ready. If you want to give an Oriental taste - add soy sauce and sesame seeds.Pan on stove, oil in pan. When the oil heats up, put shrimp, salt, pepper. Fry for 5 minutes.
