Warm salads loves my whole family. It's hearty, juicy, appetizing. Great for a snack at work. And millet salads are gentle, with a mild flavor. I offer one of my favorite salad recipes with millet.

In boiling water, throws a bag of Golden millet from TM Mistral, sprinkle with salt and cook until tender about 25 minutes.
Squid cut into small pieces.
Egg chop finely.
Olives cut into rings. Who likes olives, can safely take more.
Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
Once the millet is ready, place it out of the bag in a deep bowl, add all other ingredients, salt, season with mayonnaise, add for more juiciness 2-3 tbsp. of juice from the squid and mix well.
The salad is ready!
