Cheese soup with mushrooms and vegetables

When tired of hearty entrees and you want something easy, you can prepare the soup with melted cheese, mushrooms and vegetables. It is very tasty, flavorful and not greasy. The recipe is very simple, is not more than half of the products that are always in the fridge.

- Potatoes - 2 PCs

Step by step instruction of cooking Cheese soup with mushrooms and vegetables
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
In a saucepan pour the broth or water. Bring to a boil and add 2 tbsp of rice. I used rice TM Mistral "amber" bags.
Sausages clear from the film and cut into slices. You can use sausage, bacon, wieners, bacon, etc.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the sausages until Golden color. Put in a bowl and set aside.

Prepared broccoli to add to the pot of soup.
Mushrooms cut into plates and fry for 5 minutes.
5 minutes until cooked rice in a pan, add the sausages, mushrooms and melted cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add your favorite seasonings. Cook the soup for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is completely dissolved.
Green onions, rinse with water, dry and finely chop.
The soup spill on plates, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
