Boil the millet. I use Golden millet bags TM Mistral. It is very convenient, just and economical.
In boiling salted water put the bag of millet and boil until cooked according to instructions on the package.
Let the excess water drain out.
The onion we shall cut cubes.
Roll the onions in flour.
Bacon cut dice. Fry bacon until crisp.
In the same pan add oil and fry onions until Golden brown.
Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serving millet with bacon and fried onions.
